Moving to Nairn, which RFD to store guns?

Hi all,

I’m making the move from Dorset to Nairn in the Scottish Highlands this summer and need somewhere to store my gun collection until my security is installed.

Does anyone know where I could do that?

I’m taking them all apart for the move so 6 barrelled actions are already in one case!

May suggestions would be much appreciated.

Why do you need to put your guns in storage? Keep them with you when you drive up, fit the cabinet and put your guns in, inform your current licensing department of your new address

Measurements in the new space could be a little tight and I need to do some security upgrades as well as fit the cabinets. I’ll only need to store them for a few days until all the security stuff is done.

if you have a local rfd,ask them if they will store for you and when you are sorted in scotland ask them to rfd to rfd ,just get a price before you store them.

I’ve got more than a couple, it was arm and a leg territory to send them north!
