Just wanted to share a muntjac hide that ive had on my desk chair for a couple of years. This was from the first muntjac I shot on my first deer stalk.
Salted and then scrapped, rinsed and then brushed on the orange trappers formula.
The hide itself is quite soft, I think maybe where its on a leather chair if I move this may cause it to run amd soften. I've also sanded it before though a good year or so after it was finished.
The leather side of the hide has the ornage colour from the tanning solution but other than that, for an all in one it turned out quite good.
I think I may have oiled it at somepoint with the snowdonia company oil but I can't remember for sure, but hopefully gives people another option
