My uncle's deer goulash recipe, delicious!!

Hi all,

I just got this recipe from my uncle from Poland. He's hunting for years. I tried this and i had to share this with you guys 😁

INGREDIENTS
-1.5 kg of venison, roe deer or fallow deer or any for goulash
-200g flour for breading
-oil for frying
-2 onions
-8 cloves of garlic (or more)
-2 teaspoon of juniper berries, crushed
-1 teaspoon of rosemary
-2 teaspoons of black cumin
-5 bay leaves
-6 seeds of allspice
-100 g dried wild mushrooms
-1l deer/vegetable stock
-250ml of dry red wine
-200 ml of 18% cream

STEP BY STEP PREPARATION
1.Pour warm beef stock over dried mushrooms. Set aside.

2. Cut the meat in 1-2cm bites.

3. Bread the meat in flour and deep fry in a frying pan over a hot fire.

4. When the meat is browned, take it a side and add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Fry everything together until the onion is glazed.

5. Pour in the wine. When it boils, scrape off all the browned bits from the bottom of the pot.

6. Add all herbs.

7. Pour in the deer broth with the soaked mushrooms.

8. It is necessary to use a slow fire for 1.5 hours. At the end, add the cream.

9.Pour off 1 ladle of sauce and mix the cream in it. Pour the installation into the goulash. Serve with crispy potato pancakes or pasta.
