National lottery con!

Since the changes have been made I only partake in a syndicate at work, but we only take part whenever there has been a roll over
you pays yer money yer takes yer chance

Like many silly "B"s I had done the same numbers week in week out since the lottery started. When Lotto moved the goalposts it was an excellent chance to call it a day, which I did.

Blackpowder

i stopped shortly after they introduced the midweek one

the original lottery was nice and simple, one game, a quid a week - if they had kept it like that there would never have been a problem.

a family members MIL didn't do too badly when they hit the Euro for £35Mill! You take your choice to play or not and there's a chance that could be you!

I enjoy a gamble, I enjoy having a bet on a horse, I enjoy playing cards, I enjoy having a bet on the footie. I cannot see the enjoyment of watching some plonker spinning a load of balls round in the vain hope that he might find my number. Its just plain dull. those of you who do do the lottery how much do you gamle every year? and what is your return?
