New Forest Butcher

Evening all,
Does anyone know of a good butcher in or around the New Forest (preferably Lymington way, but happy to travel a bit) who can take in and process a deer?

Just looking for someone who can butcher and pack it properly for personal use.

Cheers, just popped in to see them, and they said they do occasionally, depending on how busy they are, though in the run-up to Christmas, most likely not.

Out of interest, and for anyone else who reads this later, I also gave Butcher Joe’s in Highcliffe a call. He said he’s happy to take one in, a bit busy at the moment, but he’ll still hang it and get it done as soon as he can. Roughly £40 all in, so I think I’ll use him from now on as everyone else I know has stopped doing it.
