New Strop.

I decided to treat my knives to a new Peter Eaton strop loaded with diamond compound. I thought my knives were already sharp but this is a whole new level. Either my technique has vastly improved or the diamond compound and advice from Peter Eaton has made a huge difference. I think its the latter.

A decent strop really is the secret to maintaining a sharp edge. Regular stropping will ensure a longer lasting edge as the worst thing for a knife edge is 'pushing' it too far so that it needs to go onto the sharpener. 👍
