I believe there are 2 limited Editions like this currently around FWIW. One is plain sand-blasted stainless steel barrel with a M14x1 thread, the other is Cerakoted Titanium on top of that stainless steel barrel and has the 15x1 thread. Compare these 2:

Both seem to be pushed by GMK with Stalon mods, Burris scopes and other items (some include sticks) as a package but some gun shops are "breaking" these down to sell the bare rifle. If you search Tikka T3x Cerakote Green/Black you won't find it in any of Tikka's advertising as its a "Limited Edition". If you look on any US site, its cropping up a Cabela's, Bass Pro specials too in all manner of camouflage.

Seems Tikka are pushing any number of variants above and beyond that in their catalogue and on line selector and with the D18 barrel, it becomes the limited edition varmint rifle.
this is a T3x lite, you wouldn’t know it was on your shoulder. I’m not too sure, but I don’t think this model comes in a 16mm barrel. There wouldn’t be a lot left if you fluted a 16mm barrel I think. I got mine as a package, up in Northern Ireland. I didn’t want a Burris scope, so I chose a Steiner instead.
