Attended my first venison cookery display last night by Nicola Fletcher .Her recipes were simple and quick and above all delicious.
She has published a book which is on Amazon for £13 but for you tight wads out there several of the recipes are on the web.

Yes, it's a good book - we are working our way through the recipes.

The red wine and juniper sauce is just about perfect with a nice tender red steak.

Her husband, John, has forgotton more about deer than most of us will ever know, no suprise that she knows her stuff. The Ultimate Venison Cookbook is a must have, I wish I had a pound for everytime I have lent my copy out. Her DVD is very good too. JC

I think that she has probably had a few £13 quids out of it as I know several people have bought their own copies after seeing mine. She'll probably end up getting another £13 out of me eventually because if you lend books out, sooner or later they don't come back! JC
