Nightforce NX8 repair / illumation issues

Anyone ever returned a nightforce for repair

I bought a second hand nx8 2.5-20 with mil reticle so only the centre dot should illuminate but it bleeds to the whole reticle on virtually every setting

Had one before that didn't do that and makes it unusable to me in low light

Yep , sent one back via The SGC a couple years ago. They were very good to deal with. I had no receipt or proof of purchase of any description and it was dealt with very efficiently.
