Would a Optisan Viper 4-16x50IRS make a good companion for a PARD 007 or 008? Still seems a little woolly on which works best or what the difference is between each model? Again this is really helping me, and probably emptying some hard earned this weekend

May benworth searching youtube for pard/optisan footage, I think I've read they work ok, if you went the route of ir laser over ir led torch you'd improve your quality of vision too.

I use mine on a PM2 with zero negative points

The PARD 007 is a rear add-on that fits onto an existing riflescope
The PARD 008 is stand alone day/night riflescope - it replaces an existing riflescope
An Optisan Viper 4-16x50 will work fine with an 007
