WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been handed a legal lifeline by the High Court in London where he is trying to appeal his extradition to the United States.

Lock him up. If not then send him back to Australia. A man who ran away from and played the system to avoid a trial for rape and then welched on friends who stood cash surety for his bail. A wrong 'un through and through. Let the Americans (with their one sided Extradition Treaty between the US and the UK) sort it out between themselves and Australia by the UK deporting him directly there. I am no fan boy of Assange but I also am no fan boy of this one sided US-UK Extradition Treaty that Bush's poodle Tony Blair was responsible for.
