I saw this fox yesterday morning coming along the track.

I thought it was suspicious when he carried on trotting towards me, even though I was in full view with both spaniels. I then realised he was blind in his right eye.

When I made my way home later on, after I'd been watching the roe buck in the other thread, he reappeared crossing a field of cattle. He came through the hedge just in front of me.

Sadly not quite quick enough Steve!

If you looked at the picture when it's full size you would see that the undergrowth is beautifully in focus but his head is slightly out of focus

But I had to take the shot when I could, as here he is two frames later
