Only from my cold dead hands….

I only put this in here because it straddles the Firearms, Accessories and Ammunition forum but anyhoo…… following a general chat at the club today which resulted in some surprising answers; the question for you is…
What bit of kit (which must fall into any of the Firearms, Accessories and Ammunition categories) really would have to be prised from your cold dead hands and why?

My Swaro X5i & Forster reloading press. The X5i I couldn't afford to replace it & the Forster press IMO can't be surpassed.
However open to sensible offers😂😂

Not the best images

But one definitely is my PGW Coyote which is about as perfect a short action as can be and an absolute laser with the two barrels I’ve done for it so far

The other is a bit of a project and another rare ish beast

A McMillan MCRT long action

Some way to go get but it handles so well it’s unlikely to be passed on other to my youngest

My late father's 12 bore Henry Clarke that he had in 1919 when he was aged twelve will be the gun I would keep were it to come that a future government restricted us to one gun only. It's the one on my avatar. And here in a picture I've posted before on SD.

Ah but a bit like "Trigger's broom" from Only Fools and Horses though of the "Ship of Theseus" for any posh boys.

The barrels were sleeved by Elderkin in the 1970s and I had the gun restocked including matching forend to fit me in the 2000s. And new ejectors when the old ones became worn out in the 2010s. So the only bits that are from when my father had it new is the case it came in and the action, the breeches of the barrels that the new tubes were sleeved in to and the forend iron. I do have the old woodwork and the old ejectors somewhere in my attic but yes still my father's gun.

My 22-250 Custom. It could handle anything.

Ahah! Bit like George Washington’s axe then. Since he chopped his father’s tree down the head has been replaced twice and the shaft three times….
Still very nice though.
