Not sure how many of you use OS maps on here, but for those that do, you may already be aware of the 'issues' a recent update caused.
I lost all of the pre-paid offline maps from my app. which left me pretty miffed off.
I called the help desk today, who were very apologetic, and said that they have had to "deal with hundreds" of issues since the download.
Happily, all of my problems were resolved. The people on the help desk were very helpful and very experienced in getting to the root cause of my issue.
Please do not be put off by having to call them. I am sure if you too have had issues, they will be able to help.
