Pard 007 batteries

What is everyone using. The battery but came with is rubbish and I bought a couple new ones and a charger from torchy but they don’t last either.

Was out the other night and each battery lasted maybe half an hour. Put it in fully charged on the machine and as soon as you turn the unit on you are at two thirds.

My IR has also come loose - anyone know a quick fix?

Cheers

These are the best batteries for the 007
Don't believe the battery indicator, keep running the 007 until it switches itself off - and then put in a fresh battery
If you use either of the batteries I've linked to and the 007 switches itself off in half an hour then there's something seriously wrong with your 007
Use standby mode (short press of the power button) as much as possible to extend battery run time

Cheers

Cheers, will give them a try - I usually change over when it goes red but will try running it all the way out. Granted I do use the on board IR which will use a fair bit but seems excessive based on the screen meter. I use the stand by as well

Does anyone else find that they seem to lose charge if you leave them for any time.

I had two fully charged here, turned the charger off yesterday morning but didn’t take them out and just come to use rhem. One is half charged and the other is three quarters.

I just find them temperamental

Yes, if you leave a battery in a PARD after use I've found they will probably be flat the next morning, This can be caused by accidentally leaving it in standby mode but not always. I always take out the batteries on all devices after use.

Get some from torchy as per mealie jimmy’s recommendation
I got 4 packs of two that came in their own case and cover and they have over the past few months proved to be far better than all the others - by a long way 👍

a decent bit of kit
