Peter Watson RIP

I was very sorry to read in the latest issue of the BDS Deer magazine that Peter Watson, of the BDS, BASC and the DI amongst others, has died.

Although I only met Peter occasionally when he was at the DI, via a mutual friend, he was invariably both friendly and helpful, and I cannot picture him without a smile on his face.

Yes, quite a loss to the stalking world.
I knew him off and on for a number of years, and his wife.
They were both members of this site at one time, but not particularly active.
First met him when he was running the shooting test for my DSC1.
Always respected his opinions.

Heard of his passing at the Shooting Show on Friday when I mentioned he did my DSC in 1996,
