In the light of all the interest shown in the 20MPH limits in Wales perhaps people would be interested in the petition to end devolution in Wales. You could set one up. The trouble is the vote for devolution in scotland was pretty solid, the one in Wales marginal in the extreme.

Regarding the 20mph fiasco only 660 people we're questioned on if they thought it would be a good idea, sod the rest of the population.
It must have cost millions in tax payers money to change the signs and road markings.
The best one I found just north of Weshpool where you drop down a hill from 60mph instantly to 20mph.

I've signed the petition to get rid of the lunatics in the asylum.

£30+ million at the last count. Funnily enough my highways agency pal says that they could have saved the same number of lives and saved money by having monoglot English road signs and thus reducing confusion!

He really doesn't want to lose his job, but he is very experienced and says he is not allowed to list data like that so it cannot be obtained under an FoI request. Made me think anyway.
