Good afternoon guys
I wonder if a few of you may sign my petition
It is against a development in a rural village
It is a project that has numerous plans over the years from eco huts - to hotels - go kart tracks and swings

It is now proposed to be a large car park - and shopping type centre - and will employ when done - according to the developer 3000 jobs !

I have no idea where these people will live - park - or get to the site but hey ho the council supports it

The affect of this traffic on residents and the wildlife will not be good so i have opposed it along with many others

I have also started a petition and if anyone would sign that would be great

Out of interest I googled how many employees there are down at Legoland in Windsor. Can't find an exact answer, but the numbers are putting it around 3000 as well! So that is the "scale" of development they're trying to flog...

In my speech i have prepped and i think on that petition i highlight something similar saying they will have more than Alton Towers - Thorpe Park and maybe Longleat combined hahahah

They got a regional fund of 2.85 million pounds to sort the infrastructure out - its a roundabout that creates nothing but headaches

I found out that our council - that is struggling as many are - authorised the spend in 2017/2018 30 k on a feasibility study of the project - i have not seen it was done or spent - as its classified !

Hasn't there been a previous petition against development on this site, years ago? I'm sure I can remember signing one, and getting a short news piece about it into a magazine I was writing for at the time.
