Wanted: Pheasant Shoot

A friend is looking for a pheasant shoot near Teesside. He has been on an expensive shoot but I have suggested he try one of non commercial shoots (less expensive). He is prepared to travel 1-2 hrs if anybody knows of anything.

Guns on Pegs is a good start. Your friend can join...it's free...and then can list Shooting Wanted. But in truth if a non-commercial shoot, a syndicate, has a gun drop out as being ill on any day it usually either gets passed on to a friend of that gun or, sometimes, gifted to a deserving beater. There are currently fays on Guns on Pegs priced at about 180.00 to 200.00 for a modest bag.
