Field tested feedback on the Pinewood trousers.....

I bought a pair off Rob earlier in the year and have now worn them a few times in some truly grim weather - various temperatures, varying degrees of torrential rain, and crawling through any amount of wet grass, mud & sheep sh*t I pursuit of reds.

The Pinewood trousers have been outstanding.

Waterproof (without any of the clamminess you sometimes get), warm but with the benefit of sensibly placed and sensibly sized venting zips, well thought out pockets, and a great fit.

I genuinely highly recommend them, so much so I'll probably get a 2nd pair.
