@Stalker1962 is right with Valais Blackneck, but it also has various German names. The one I like best is Gletschergeiss, which translates as Glacier Ghost. Not that many of them about and they’re mostly domesticated rather than wild. Don’t shoot it 
Should that be 'Goat', rather than 'Ghost'?

Yes. My poor translation. I was mixing “geisse” and “Geist”. I’m not nearly as amused now.
