I ordered some items from this site "hmffusa.com". No itemised receipt, only an order number received by email.
After chasing them I got a tracking number for use on "Track718".
Tracking was slowly updated culminating in the parcel apparently being handed to the post office on Saturday 20th December and apparently delivered on Sunday 21st December.
Needless to say, nothing was delivered...
I've asked for proof of delivery., will update if I get a response and will post an apology if the goods do actually turn up.
Website name etc. suggests USA, however they are in China.
Reviews for Track718 rather suggest it is a scam, with many people reporting fake tracking details and never receiving the goods despite tracking saying it was delivered, their allegations being it is a fake tracking service used by scam websites.
The items I ordered were all normal bits and bobs at basically what I'd have expected to pay (scope covers and a sling). Although now looking back at the site there are Vortex scopes for $99...
The lack of an actual receipt coupled with the likely fake tracking details stating the goods were delivered means my card provider may not refund me, fortunately it was just under £36 so not a hugely expensive lesson but still seriously annoying.
So, what I'm trying to say is, I suggest avoiding hmffusa.com
