Morning,

With Pulsar no longer making the Key 22 or Axion 30, has anyone heard whether they are releasing a new entry-level thermal or leaving the cheaper end of the spectrum altogether? I suppose that leaves Hik as the main supplier of entry thermals?

thanks

It does not appear in stocks yet.
I expected to see this in stores before christmas, since it has been announced in the begining of November, but was wrong obviously.

Cheers

Thanks for that. It looks v similar to the XM30S but a bit updated
It is actually updated xm30 key.
Now it has ability to record videos and pictures.
AMOLED display enables it to operates at -20, but display resolution is rather low 640x480.
Everything else is more or less the same.
It should cost around 1200€.

Cheers

What's different from this to the xm30s?

Smaller display and 400€ lower price.
Sometimes Pulsar policy is dificult to understand. 🤷‍♂️

OK so this solves a deep argument I had over xmas. A mate sent me some images from his "XM30." I kept saying it can't be a XM30 because I have one and it doesn't share pictures.

If anyone from Axion is ready this, you make good thermals, but your naming convention sucks and causes a lot of confusion!

couldn't agree more!

I'm not sure i need wifi and the ability to export images so hopefully i'll be able to pick up an old XM30 a bit cheaper when the new model comes out

I would be happy with only an on/off switch! Having tried all the features on my Pulsar, I have returned everything to factory settings. I don't find focus makes much difference either, I just keep it somewhere in the middle.
