PVS14 Repairs/ Retubing?

Is there any trained professionals out there that can fix PVS14’s? I’v always worried what happens in the tube goes or it needs repairing. I have one but just burring head in the sand and hoping I never have a problem.

I hear all the story’s about Starlight and the repair man on eBay which I haven’t heard any good things about.

Is there a reputable company out there that can fix PVS14’s for reasonable prices?

I had my longbow fixed by the eBay man. He turned it around quickly, I was happy with his service. Someone from here recommended him. So not sure where the bad reports are coming from.
