Quick detach rings for thermal scope

Good scope mounts and torque screwdriver.
The process of fitting and re-fitting is more important than the equipment used.
Yes I’ve got an innomount on my thermal which I run in 4 different set ups and yes they are bomb proof.
However the day scopes I run on these rifles just have standard rings.
As long as I use the same torque and process every time the RTZ is spot on👌

Ask Ed to tell you about my ‘expertise’ with a torque screwdriver…

mate if you can run to it save up and just buy a blaser
problem solved 100%

one scope for lead
one scope for copper
one thermal scope
job done

no faffing about they all just work 100% every day all day

best thing i’ve ever done and best working rifles i’ve ever owned it takes a while to save the gold doubloons for one but it’s worth it

I’m not sure how this matches my needs?

I currently have 3 centrefires (.222, 6.5CM and 6.5PRC). All have a day scope and a rail. All have both lead and copper ammunition, with relevant zeroes sorted. I have one thermal that I’d like to move between them (or even just switch back and forth on one). It is currently mounted on the Creedmoor with a tri nut mount.

What you seem to be proposing is to spend £2000+ when I could spend £250 or so to get what I need.

In fact, after buying the Blaser I’d STILL need to buy mounts for the thermal.

I’m not following the logic at all.

And it would still be a blaser 😂

if you want a permanent solution to swapping scopes around from NT lead and Nv the logical solution would be to find the best faff free and accurate equipment to suit. blaser excel at doing just that, i’ve tried most offerings and they don’t come close - logic was to give you a fool proof option - which works = the blaser system

There answer to your request is there
good luck

I still don’t understand how buying a Blaser would solve my problem.

Are you suggesting that I replace the three existing rifles with a Blaser and 3 barrels? Plus the relevant mounts for the scopes?

My three existing rifles are all extremely accurate, and I have put a lot of time and money into optimising them for my needs. They all have loads, scopes, mounts, stocks and moderators that work exactly as I need them to. The only thing I want to change is to able to move a thermal scope between them.

What you’re proposing is that I scrap 3 rifles that I know well (and all the accessories that go with them), and replace them with what amounts to 3 other rifles. Which would involve finding new loads, developing familiarity, getting new moderators etc etc. The sheer expense would be astronomical, let alone the time involved in getting the variations and sorting everything out.

Blaser bashing aside, I really don’t understand how your suggestion is a better option than spending £250 on a set of mounts!

i’ve tried loads and loads of qd mounts on different makes of rifles , calibres etc etc and none of them work as well as the blaser mounting system
you use what you like matey.
I use what works for me 100% on all my Rifles I also have a weihrauch hornet with a fixed mount sight I’ll leave you to work out why it’s my day use hornet calibre

Could never get the innomount one piece mounts at the time. Settled on trying the 2 piece. Never a problem. I now have them on all my scopes.

So… I ordered innomounts last week. Which DPD failed to deliver. And which are now heading back to the seller, because DPD provided absolutely no way to contact them to rearrange delivery.

What utter t*ats.
