Quick tip for cheap, lazy buggers who go pigeon/crow shooting/wildfouling

Hi all,

As someone who fits the description in the thread title I thought I would share this tip with you.

Was not keen in buying a cartridge bag like the ones you see getting toted around at game shoots, too expensive and don't work that well in bad weather etc.

Had a few of these lying around:

They hold just about two boxes worth of shells depending on size.

Better to get ones with lids that lift off completely (no, the box it comes in does not dictate the washing pods that I buy :fib:).

Quite shower proof with the lid on and easy access when off.

After shooting, pick up all the spent shells, put back in box, shut lid and deposit into bin. Would also make it easier to recycle if only centres would take them!

2-4 boxes full usually more than does me, they are a lot better than cardboard boxes for sure!

I use the same boxes for storing prepped cases for reloading. I take the labels off mine though. LOL.

I'm just wondering if you can get copper condoms so you don't get lead in your pencil. :coat:

Where‘s the famed British lifestyle gone?
Well, at least I know who is doing the washing with you guys :stir::rofl:.
