QuickLoad Calculation Appreciated.

Hi, Ive ordered a new QuickLoad disc to replace my old out of date one, that no longer worked on my computer. Its taken a bit longer to return than expected, and I'm a bit eager to start loading for a new rifle. I would normally jump straight in with one of my reloading manuals, but the rifle in question does not fit in with any of their test rifles, as the barrel is quite short.
Any kind soul out there with access to quick load, who could run a quick calculation for me to get me in the right sort of area to start off. Its a 20 inch barrel, 1:8 twist 6.5mm Creedmoor, using Hornady SST 123grn, with VIT N160, Lapua brass and CCI large rifle primers,
Its a cheeky ask, but if I've needed any help in the past , its always come from this forum.
Many thanks Neil

use p.max<its free and much better than quick load > type in p-max internal ballistics, put all you data in and away you go ,make sure you use usable case capacity <the space left in the case when the bullets is seated.>

N160 looks a bit slow for the cartridge and barrel length, but if you have capacity of a case in CC of H2O and your seating depth I will run the numbers tomorrow.
My initial thoughts are you may need a faster powder to avoid + 105% compressed loads which could cause high ES and SD numbers.
Not really a problem at normal deer stalking ranges, but could be an issue if you want to stretch it's legs.

Try Gordon's reloading tool -grt- it's a free download and I have to say it's bloody good, mind I had to follow a YouTube to unload the file as I'm not very aufey with computers🤣

Many many thanks gents. Will try Gordons, never heard of it before, so might be worth a play. I do have N140 in the cupboard, if the program likes it.
Cheers Neil

Neil, I tried to fulfill your request, but something went wrong:
1. In Quickload the cartridge is defined "6.5 Creedmoor Hornady"
2. As the colleagues above noted, the Vihtavuori N160 powder seems unsuitable, giving low pressure (38,365 psi) with 40.0 grs that fill the case at 99.6%
3. The Quickload calculation was based upon an OAL of 2.710 ins.

I attach for you the Quickload "pressure and velocity vs projectile travel"

Anyway the N160 is not a good choice.
