Quickload help

I originally posted this on the back of my new rifle build, but no luck yet
Could someone with Quickload run the following for me please, GRT says its mild, but I'm thinking different!
.284winchester
22" barrel
COAL 2.894"
Sierra game king 140grain 1902
Vit N150 46 grains

I haven't got round to measuring case volume, but GRT says 66.3 grains H2O
I've also looked at Pmax and it reflects what GRT

SO, my question is, why am I getting flames out the mod and unburnt powder left in the mod

Based on the information you've given, t's a very low pressure load, but QL suggests the powder should be pretty much burnt. You could try increasing the load in .5 increments. Even 48gn suggests roughly 20% below Pmax, but the usual precautions apply.

Do you have any other powders you could try, to get a comparison.

@Lateral I haven't got any other powders at the moment, but I'm sure I can get hold of N160, but GRT suggested it wasn't a very good fill or burn
