Long story short, farmer knows owner of recycling center close by and gave my info, they rang up asking how much to shoot 2 nights a month.

I normally just shoot for the cost of my ammo and stalking permissions never thought of charging.

I was out at the place in the day and the place is teeming especially since there is a compost area out the back.

Was thinking €125 a night but don't want to seem greedy :D

Id charge £300+vat for 4 hours. Check your insurance covers you, and how they want disposal of bodies

I would think £25 per hour is fair, don’t want to be greedy as you say and you also don’t know what it could lead to if they are happy but as someone has said you would need commercial insurance, lot to damage in a recycling centre.

Will be sticking close to the compost, general house waste area where most of the rats are, not much machinery etc down that end anyway.
Id do 4-5 hrs a session anyway.

Going out there tonight for the 1st night and owner wants to join so we see what the craic is :D id do it for free but if they want to pay wont say no.

Don’t show him too much, he’ll end up doing it himself 😂

Shakey’s about right on the cost BUT depending on the company if it’s a national company you may be asked to provide commercial insurance and a fit for purpose certification and Risk assessment, air rifle certificate and HSAW policy for working at night which may state 2 people have to be present or if it’s 24/7 operation a supervisory check
Good luck - hopefully it’s a local set up 👍
