@kennyc and I have just spent 2 days with @DevonRedDeer. Great company and loads of deer about, Kenny had a 6 pointer and I passed up on the chance of a nice 7 point stag.

Will definitely be back next year!

It was a fun trip , weather was actually kind to us and Stan put us where the deer were, the first night they came out after last light (probably due to dog walkers making a lot of noise) but there were a lot of deer in the group, the following morning the Stag I got kept me guessing for almost an hour as to what it was as all I could see without thermal was its chest! The recovery was one of the easiest I can remember thanks to Stan and his tractor ! Wellies are definitely advised
