Reloading Geco Express 308/N140

Hi there, here to ask help on the development of a 308 ammunition.
I would like to use Geco express 165 gr and Vihtavuori N140 but I cant find any load data, neither on Vihtavuori or Geco web site.
I'm a begginner reloader, since now recharged 243 ammo with light bullets that's why I already have N140.
I chose Geco express bullets because their commercial ammunition are very accurate in my tikka t3x, very effective on boars and the bullets are easily available here.
Thanks.
Simon

Use the load data for a similar bullet that is listed on the Viht reloading guide. Seat the same as your factory loads. My 168gr SMK load for example I started at 41.5gr and ended up at 43gr - this is pretty mild in my rifle and quite slow, but accurate.

Hi Simon, As Jagged77 says - the Viht tables for .308 are a really good info source. Just choose the bullet construction/weight that best matches your choice, and there inevitably will be a reasonable reference point. I just had a look at your bullet, and on the Viht tables, the 165gr Hornady Interlock looks pretty close in design. The Viht tables for N140 suggest 40.9 to 44.4gr. But obviously don't take my word as gospel - double check my suggestion..... Cheers, Jon
