I can vouch for that Dougster knife as ground by Duncan of Dorset Woodland Blades.
Duncan lives a few miles up the road from me, it was he who educated me about powder steels and the clear advantages.
He pretty much only used Elmax for stalking knives due to its performance, everything he had was heat treated in bulk by a specialist heat treatment company, it will also have been Cryogenically soaked. I remember seeing Dougster's blanks after they returned.
That blade will take an astonishing edge, likely a 17.5 degree which was Duncan's angle for Elmax as I recall.
A few strops and it will be razor sharp after use.
