Ridgeline trouser sizing

Are their size charts accurate? According to their size guide a medium (monsoon trousers) equates to 95cm which is a 37.4 inch waist?
I’m a 32 inch in most trousers and would ordinarily link that to a medium or a large, but according to their sizes I should be going for a small??? Surely not?
Anyone with real world experience?
(I know the rep about sweating etc….!! But they are waterproof which is what I’m after, not worried about the boil in the bag stuff).

There sizing is definitely not accurate.... I'm a 32in and from what I remember I ordered extra small... But I'll check for definite when I'm home 2nite and pm you later...

Just checked I ordered a size small for 32in waist...

They definitely size on the generous side.

On one of the websites I found the stretched measurements and the none stretched and I used them and it was perfect fit. I’m 34 waist and ordered medium and they fit perfect and still room for expansion
