Wanted: Roe bucks West Scotland

Hi

I'm going up to West of Scotland 1st April onwards with my two daughters (only 8 and 10 years), they love stalking too (they are quiet and calm), we live down near Gloucester. Can anyone recommend anyone up there for some guided stalking for Roe bucks, and possibly Trout/ Salmon fishing for a day?

Looking for rugged and remote high country ideally

Not remote high country, that I know of, but I can thoroughly recommend @Gallowaycountrysports for a pit stop on the way up or down. Great people to deal with.
