Anyone bother with chops on a Roe? Are they too small?
I usually do 2 haunches as roasting joints or split into steaks, 2 shoulders as mince or stweing steak and then the fillets, with any trim to the dog.
But I was wanting to be a bit more adventerous, so was thinking about doing chops, or a trimmed saddle? Any other suggestions.
