All I've filmed lately are misses or not so perfect shots and they will only cause trouble from the arm chair experts. Mostly I haven't even got the camera turned on in time, or not even had it out in the rain and strong winds.
Will get some good footage soon I reckon.

Close shaves will get the "experts" twitchy. Cheers for the banter, off down south tommorow. Back up every other weekend. When ever you available...

Cancelled this morning due to high winds and rain, wish we hadn't as it had blown out.
Went out tonight and took this young doe right on last knockins, good optics paid off.
Any way Daz had a great day, picking up his new sako85-6.5x55 fitting the new zeiss 3-12x56 varipoint
and also buying a browning T-bolt .17hmr all scoped up to.
Sadly there wasn't time to zero the new sako so he used mine to shoot the doe. He bought his on the strength of using my sako/zeiss "estate" rifle.

Well first time out this year and it was a very big moon with light cloud cover, not ideal for foxing on foot but we were keen after a big break over the holidays.
We only saw x2 I shot them both the first was squeaked into 118m's and shot of sticks a very big dog who was limping sightly

the second of a rolled up coat on the bonnet at 163m's

Then i had to get up early to meet Jez a regular client who shot these 2 this morning after x2 seperate stalks.
Quite a few deer moving this morning even though it was like daylight all night under that moon.
This one in half light at 109m's

then 1/2 hour later this one a quick shot to the upper neck at 30ish m's

Hi John

Iam wondering if you still have stalking available on the 6th March? If so Iam definitely interested! Also, Iam a beginner when it comes to CF shooting. I have my SGC and have done some rimfire target shooting, but no CF experienced. Not to sure to sure if its possible to go stalking with you on the 6th,with being a beginner, if not never mind!!

If its possible and you have days still available can you let me know please, Iam very keen to learn and fully appreciate its "mouth closed, ears open" whilst in the field!!! :D

Thanks for your time john.

Regards

Mick McCormick
