Wanted: Roe stalking within an hour of Edinburgh

Is there anyone on here who offers roe stalking in the central belt, ideally within a hour of Edinburgh.
Looking to fly over for a weekend early next year with a mate to get him a roe.
Would also consider red hinds/management stags.
Would need to use an “estate rifle” as would be flying Ryanair!
