Afternoon guys I thought I would post a quick review of RS62 in the 30-06 as was looking for info and seemed a bit scarce. Thought it might help others.
I am using Sierra Gameking bullets in 150Gr
S&B once fired brass
S&B large rifle primers
Reload Swiss RS62
100yd test range
55gr COL 82.7 - 2651fps and inch group
56gr COL 82.7- 2641 fps for some reason lower and inch group
57 COL 82.7 2710fps half inch all touching
58COL 82.7 - 2800fps inch group
No pressure signs on any
I’ve settled on 57gr now so very pleased.
Clearly everyone will need to do there own testing and not just jump in and copy but thought it will give a start point as RS data isn’t great. N
