Possibly, what were you thinking?

Well I'm being straight up with you and I'll tell it like it is - I'm not a paper-puncher and am looking for a quality and reliable 10/22 (or clone) barrelle action for professional pest control.
I have plenty of high-end scopes for the sort of work that I do and I've owned a Spartan bipod and although highly rated and loved, I personally don't like them (I'm not knocking them, just don't like them).
Until a couple of years ago, I owned Rude Fat Dog Custom 10/22 - KIDD action and trigger group that I paid £1,500 (I stupidly sold it to a mate of mine that kept nagging me to let him have it) Despite it coming with a pretty laminated stock, I ended up putting a Hogue overmolded stock on it, which made it more practical for my needs whilst clambering through Sh1t when controlling rabbits & Charlies.
I'm looking to put together something similar to replace the one that I stupidly sold.
The way I see it, the scope on your rifle is £500 + all day long and the Spartan is another £150 or so. No idea what the stock is, but it don't look cheap and if I bought the rifle, it would come off and I'd replace it with a Hogue, because depite being cheap, they work and suit my needs.
I'd then sell the stock on GT, GS or at my local club because I know it would go quickly to one of the target boys.
I'm guessing you are somewhat attached to the rifle and how it looks, because it would appear to have been up for sale for quite some time and therfore I suspect that you probably don't want to hear what I've just said above, but that's what I'm looking for.
As far as price is concerned, If you're prepared to keep the parts that I don't require and come up with a number that we can both agree on, I'll buy it this coming week.

I can sale the rifle without the scope, rings and bipod. Iv also got a new Kidd full trigger group in the box. The reason iv not sold it is that im not prepared to let it go for nothing.
