Bit of a long shot, but short action stainless synthetic variety ideally or aftermarket bell & Carlson etc. Believe rough tech should also fit. No GRS.

Reluctant to let a good barrel action die!

If it has gone sticky, you could always do like I have and just use some scotch bright and fairy liquid under some running water and it will scrub off, it will look a bit scratched afterwards, but mine is a working gun so that doesn't bother me but being sticky did.
 
I was going to recommend MW Guns in Sussex for Cerakote he does some nice work and colours to overcome the sticky problem
 
Yeah it has gone sticky, but also just a total state in general. Trigger guard and butt pad need replaced also so would just like to get a new one rather than the expense and hassle of replacing parts and cerakoting
