New and unused with just a slightly tatty box. Mount for the split picatiny rails found on the Sako S20 or Sako 90. Obviously can be used for normal scopes up to 56mm but also because the rail has multiple slots for the rings you can use it for the lower eye relief 30mm NV scopes like the Alpex.
