Salisbury Meet 3

Hope its not too late to jump in on this one, but is there room for a small one tonight?
I only live just down the road' so thought I should try and get there if I can!

I'll be bringing a couple of mal-formed roe antlers tonight.
I know it will be old hat to the experienced stalkers and I am not showing off but If I hadn't seen any before and came to a meeting like the one proposed tonight, I would find them interesting so thought maybe someone else would.

Have 'my place'. I am snowed under with work and (18.43) still at my blasted desk...

Just a quick note of thanks to Les for organising last night once again.

Great to meet up with some now familiar faces and talk stalking and Deer with like minded people.

Look forward to the next one back at the swan or nearer my way!!!

Many thanks

Les, thank you for making this happen, and for picking me up. Another good night in great company...the lamb madras wasn't bad either. Shame Pheasant Sniper 1 couldn't make it......I'd asked them to put a fillet of sand eel on the menu to remind him of his success on the fishing trip.

What a great night. A good turn out with a couple new faces, great conversation and good food. Like to say thanks to Eddy for bringing a few malformed heads and the jaw bones. I think we all learnt something about deer teeth and the 3rd molar and 2/3 cusps. Darren brought his new Swaro 2.5-15x56 BT scope what a scope.

The lamb curry was excellent, the company excellent and I am already looking forward to the next one. Thought we would go for another early October and how about everyone bringing some pictures of deer, alive or dead. I will start a new thread in a month or so. Once again great to see everyone again and some new faces and thanks for a great evening.:-D

Thanks Darren for bringing that along as I have recently been dreaming of owning one and at the price I have been frightened to pick one up in the shop to look at in case I drop it:)
