I think you might find this to be quite tricky to find.
I had a house in northern Sardinia (Stintino) for over a decade and engaged fully in local life and, despite there being large populations of boar (Sus scrofa meridionalis - which is different to the mainland variety) also known as the Corsican boar that were being controlled, I never managed to get invited or found any proper agents.
