Sauer 202 bolts and calibers

I currently have a sauer 202 outback in .308. Looking at getting a .243 barrel, would the 6 lug bolt work with a .243 barrel with some sort of adapter or is there a .243 barrel made to work

No…..you need another bolt for the 243 barrel which has 3 lugs

Does anyone know if the 6.5x57 is a 3 lug bolt the same as a .243 bolt or is it a 6 lug? Thanks

As above another vote for Steve I bought my 404 from him he is Mr Sauer
