Scottish Game Fair - butchery demonstration

Hi all,

Perthshire Game are at the Scottish Game Fair this year and are running a butchery demonstration on Saturday and Sunday from 1.30 pm onwards at the Scottish Regional Moorland Group stand (Stand G7).

We will be skinning, breaking down and butchering a whole roe carcass each day - running through some simple butchery techniques and carcass processing tips/tricks.

If you are heading to the game fair, please swing past and say hi.
