Seasonal equipment sales?

Is it me or have second hand thermal sales tailed off over the summer? There seemed to be loads being sold in April/May, but there’s not much on offer at the moment. Is this a normal seasonal cycle with people trading up after winter? I’m trying to work out if there’s going to be a load more coming later in the autumn, or is this just a random quiet period.

There's usually a dip in shooting sales at this time of year. Thermal in particular will pick up as the evenings get darker earlier

Mine was S/H 7 years ago and still going strong....why people have to keep up with the Jones I have no idea. The deer don't upgrade just react to their surroundings.

I’m with you! Looking at what near new prices are - often not much more than half the new cost - there’s value to be had. Of course need to make sure it’s in decent condition/warrantee.

Upgrading just because they can is like buying "go-fast stripes" for your HA Viva lol
