I have read of outrageous sentences given in the UK and its not the only place that does it.
The very last line is the result of a crime here.
Ms Hill was responsible for carving drawings into Mr Hunter's torso, dismembering him and stabbing him in the eyes with a box cutter.
Ms Hill put the box cutter in Mr Hunter's eyes.
Mr Hunter was dragged into a different room where a shirt was pulled over his head, Ms Hill carved etchings into his body, and amputated his penis and scrotum.
She was released back into society.
