I have two of the "High Definition" models available. These are well made, dimmable lights, which include a working 35 watt MR16 lamp/bulb in the fixture plus a spare. I also have one of the frost/diffusion filteres which soften/widen the beam. I have never tried that so cannot comment on how useful it is.
