Shooting after silage taken

For the first time for me a farm i stalk deer at has cut all of its fields, approx 250 acres. Surrounding farms are all grazing from what i can see. How long would you expect it to take for deer to return to it? Male roe and red are normally around (reds obviously out of season imminently). This is in Devon.
I'm hoping with the current weather the new growth will encourage the roe bucks back within a week or two but I'd appreciate real world knowledge!

Newly mown fields can be quite a draw, in my (albeit limited) experience.

I did see a red hind and maybe a 6-8 pointer stag on the land this evening however they were in a field where the silage had been put in rows so i would have messed the lines up so I left them be. They were the only things I saw apart for buzzards hovering above!

Ill message the owners tomorrow and see when colllection will be complete and then head out then. My main issue is they have a single track leading to most fields with no passing points so I dont want to interfere with their livelihood

The deer will probably give it at least half an hour after the tractors leave before they are out on the aftermath.

Its like crack cocaine to a fox. Get out there at least an hour and a half before dark. Take plenty of ammo.
