Show Us Your Rabbiting Knife

Posted this pic recently on another thread, but seems appropriate to put it here too.
It was my rabbiting knife between the ages of 9 and 21, and put in a lot of hours.
For my 21st birthday my brother gave me a Buck 110, and the old scout knife was pensioned off. The Buck has been my go-to knife for all purposes ever since, and I carry it all day, every day.
When I started stalking I wanted to bring my old knife back into service for that, but after so many re-sharpens over the years what's left of the blade won't hold an edge anymore. So the Buck 110 does me for stalking as well.

I got one of these from timberline a while back, Razor sharp in stainless with a un zipper and tang scraper - brilliant little knife but toooo small for shovel hands🥹

These are the only markings I can see on the knife.
The bottom picture is G.Lutters&ClE above the lion.

As Rake Aboot says Loewen Messer, Brilliant knives, These ones are over 25yr old now, The middle larger one is the same age but not seen much use, you can also get a non folding version which the local trawler men use for gutting there catch.

Sort of knife related -
Years ago whilst on a course in the army we were shown how to skin a rabbit by some guy who thought he was gods gift.

As a boy a keeper once showed me how to skin a rabbit without a knife. So I did this technique on my turn to do it, the guy was not impressed I had bested him in a little contest. Funny.

Lol. Rabitts around here are like elephants lol

Sorry gents .I just couldn't resist

The lads at work bought it me to take the Mickey .said its a proper hunting knife lol.it lives in the shed .never to be used lol

Already shown my version of a Rabbiting knife on this thread but a heads up if your going to the Stalking show . I am hoping to bring a batch of these along ( at present though folks keep buying up my most popular deer knives though well before the event ) DSC_0816.webp

Prompted by a PM about this knife I thought it would be interesting to see what you use for rabbits and squirrels. The only rule is no Opinels please!
